TACTICAL PECULIARITIES OF FORENSIC VERSIONS CONSTRUCTION AND VERIFICATION RULES DURING PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES

Abstract
The article is devoted on researching the peculiarities of appliance of criminal versions construction and verification rules. Authors carried out the comparative analysis of statistic data of General Prosecution of Ukraine and the results of anonym questioning. It was determined that grounding of respondents has gaps, that must be removed in proper way. According to results of the research having been carried out, there were proposed the ways of solving the situation that was formed in practical and theoretical aspects. First of all, proper changes in educational process must be done. These changes must include special part about forensic versions construction and verification in special discipline.
