TACTICAL TRAINING INSIDE THE PERFORMANCE<br /> HANDBALL

Abstract
Abstract: In this paper, we present the problems connected to the learning of technical and tactical actions specific to sports games, by starting with two strategies frequently used by coaches: 1) the presentation of motor tasks and sub-tasks that will assure the passage from one sequence to the other; 2) the emphasizing of the diversity of learning contents for the same technical-tactical action and for the same game situation. In this context, tactical training can be divided into four stages: the learning and improving of the different elementary individual and collective technical and tactical actions; the mastering of many tactical combinations, relatively simple, characteristic to the situations specific to sports competitions; the development of the capacity to use technical and tactical skills, depending on the individual possibilities; the development of the capacity to elaborate the attack and defense plans, depending on the opponent’s feeble or week points and on its applying variants, depending on the concrete competition situations.
