TACTICS AND METHODS OF SEARCH

Abstract
This article is devoted to consideration of actual problems of tactical supply of carrying out of search. Also the author has considered the tactical supplies of the search provide to the modern requirements of law-enforcement practice. One of the major specific and complex activities of law enforcement agencies is a complete and rapid detection and investigation of crimes and exposure of the responsible for criminal activity. Offenders can not do the crime without reliable organizational and technical resources. It makes law-breakers less vulnerable to law enforcement, more mobile in obtaining the necessary information for criminal activity that should be considered during the preparation and conducting of the searches. That is why for now the tactics of searches are very important. Despite the existence of deep and meaningful research that has practical orientation, law enforcement agencies in Ukraine are required now to update and improve the organizational and tactical actions of searches. Thus, the purpose of this article is to highlight the tactics of the search, which have to be based on modern scientific thought. Tactics and techniques are the effective way in finding the required objects. When investigators use them during search specifically, it allows making search, regardless of the investigation of the situation. In addition, we note that discussed organizational and tactical activities should not be isolated from each other. The professionalism of the investigation is to know how to use all methods and tools.
