TARGET ASPECT OF ANALYTICAL DISCLOSURE ACTIVITY SPECIAL DEPARTMENT «VINETA» MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND PROMOTING REICH

Abstract
This article reveals the essence of the target aspect of the analytical investigation activity of the special department of «Vineta» of the Ministry of Education and REICH’s propaganda. Authors present the original interpretation of the concept «analytical investigationas a kind of advocacy», focus on the legal basis for the implementation of this kind of special activities. The content of normative acts of the Nazi system of legislation regulating this activity in the occupied eastern territories was analyzed. On the basis of the received data, trends of changes in functions, goals and tasks were determined in accordance with the chronology of the existence of the Nazi occupation regime. Special forms and methods of activity of agents of the special department of «Vineta» of the Ministry of education and propaganda of Reich in the occupied Soviet territories were also revealed. The place and role of analytical reconnaissance activity in the system of functioning of the occupation regime that existed in the territory of Ukraine was determined. It was proved that the main purpose of the «Vineta» special department was to form the Nazi information space in the eastern occupied territories, as well as to prevent and respond to the challenges and risks that threatened its functioning.
