TASKS AND FUNCTIONS OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTING IN ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Generalized scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of «strategic accounting» and «strategic management accounting». The tasks of accounting in the micro-and macro-environment display of the enterprise for the development of its strategy are determined. The purpose, main tasks and functions of strategic management accounting for anti-crisis management are determined. The essence of accounting functions at each stage of anti-crisis management is revealed. Functions of anti-crisis management with the functions of strategic management accounting are agreed, which facilitates the management of relevant information for the adoption of management decisions in order to prevent or reduce the negative impact of crisis phenomena on the activity of the enterprise.
