TASKS OF PERSONNEL POLICY IN UKRAINE AND ENSURING THE STATE BODIES BY EFFECTIVE SERVICEMENTS

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical, practical aspects of administrative law that reveal and regulate the problems of ensuring the state bodies of Ukraine with cadres of civil servants after the Revolution of 2014, updating the legislation in the sphere of public service. It is proposed to apply the principle of praxeology and the method of permanent retraining of civil servants to improve personnel policy.
