METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH OF PHENOMENON OF POLITICAL ACTIVISM

Abstract
The article explores methodological approaches to the phenomenon of political activism. Determined that political activism is a form of social activity, activities of social actors, which aims to influence political decision-making, implementation of their interests. Also the policy defines activism in the activities of professional politicians, including MPs, senior officials, leaders of political parties, organizations and their members, parties, and organizations, Nations and other social communities, up to the States. In political, sociological and sociopsychological research along with the notion of «political activism» are widely used terms such as «political behavior», «political activity», «political participation» and the like, on the one hand, be considered as a number of synonymous and have different interpretations. This shows that the phenomenon of political activism is complex and multifaceted.
