Teaching English methods in primary school of China

Abstract
teaching English methods in primary school of China were considered. It was revealed that Chinese teachers have adopted Western methods of teaching English. The popular methods of teaching English in China are traditional methods such as communi- cative method, audio-lingual method and grammar-translation method. One of the modern methods of teaching English in primary school is game method. They also have their own effective methods of teaching English: method of Total Physical Response, the method of Presentation, Practice and Production and the method of Task Based Learning, Situational Teaching Method
