TEACHING FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR TEAM WORK COMPETENCIES

Abstract
The article defines the competencies of effective teamwork, establishing favorable interpersonal relationships and communications, joint problem solving, goal setting and planning, conflict resolution, group decision making, organizing and conducting meetings. The experience of innovative technologies using for teaching future psychologists teamwork skills in such disciplines as “Management Psychology”, “Psychology of organizations and personnel management”, “Culture of interpersonal relationships”. The technology used in teaching: academic essays, discussions, learning games, analysis of specific situations, training exercises, educational facilitation, monitoring and evaluation.
