TECHNIQUES OF TEAM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN THE UK HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
The problem of team leadership development in the context of studying international experience is considered in the article. Particular approaches to the team leadership development in the UK higher education have been described. The correspondent model for learning and development of team leadership at higher school and some methods for its implementation have been characterized. The innovative components of British approach, which in the long term could be considered as promoting ones for the team leadership development through its adaptation for Ukrainian universities reality, have been identified.
