Technological stages of transformation a symbolic component political regime

Abstract
The article deals with the technological aspect of the transformation of the symbolic policy space in the context of changing the political regime. It has been explored the main stages of the symbolic policy space change in comparison with the composite transition from one political regime to another. It is concluded that the transformation of the regime begins in a symbolic space and ends in it.
