Technological Way as a Factor of Structural Development of Socio-Economic Systems

Abstract
In the article, the economic nature and essence of technological structures as the resultant factor of structural development is investigated. As a result, it was established that the sustainable development of socio-economic systems is largely determined by the trends of structural transformation of the national economy under the influence of technical and technological potential. The interrelation between the genesis of technological structures and the laws of structural development with allowance for the theory of long waves is studied. Kondratieff and modern concepts of the dynamics of the economic conjuncture. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the general and special in the development of technological structures at the macro level allowed to give a chronological classification of interdependent structural development. These trends confirm the objective need to develop practical tools to overcome negative trends in socio-economic growth in the medium and long term at the macro and micro levels, which requires a transition from disparate and contradictory methods of solving specific scientific problems to effective integrated concepts that allow modeling and predicting the dynamics of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the development of the national economy.
