TECHNOLOGIES FOR TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS FOR TUTORING ACTIVITIES

Abstract
This article analyzes situations related to the need to guide higher education students in the educational field and construct individual educational trajectories, as well as creating a tutoring institution to support them. The forms of tutors' work with university students were analyzed, and the functional tasks of tutors were examined. The essence of subject-subject relationships between tutors and students has been revealed as a condition for students' self-awareness in the educational process of higher education.
