Abstract
Both Pheumonia Guidelines of the Colombian Society of Pneumology and Chest Surgery, and the group of physicians at Fundación Universitaria Juan N. Corpas committed to the same topic have undertaken a huge and commendable effort to have available to the Community - Acquired Pneumonia (CAP). For the sake of a rich controversy, we show the reader the differences posed by both proposals regarding paraclini¬cal exams and treatment of atypical pathogens.
