Abstract
In the article the theoretical aspects of research methodology of evidence generated using information and communication technologies. Analyzes the methodological basis of research evidence from the perspective of the dialectic relationship with the categories of thinking, justice, applying methods of hermeneutics, synergy, critical rationalism in view of similar studies in the European Union.
