CONCEPT AND TYPES OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT LEGAL GUARANTEES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with concept of employment. Through legal concepts of «conditions», «means» and «methods» main approaches to definition of legal guarantees are analyzed. Іdentified сcharacteristics of youth employment legal guarantees in Ukraine and criteria of youth employment legal guarantees classification are proposed.
