Abstract
Using enterprise viability assessment reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the company, evaluate opportunities and threats so that you make more informed choices about strategy. The article analyzes the theoretical position to determine the key concept of «strategic perspective», which examined, first, defining the essence of the concept of «perspective». To maintain a profitable economic activity in the highly competitive and high risk and uncertainties of the market environment before the industry there is a need to develop strategies for their development. Therefore, to develop effective strategies for management development company, primarily to conduct research scientific knowledge theories of strategic management with a focus on the development of the company. Overview of existing definitions of the term «strategy» that makes it possible to conclude that successful and effective strategy based on four determining factors. The basic concepts and methods of strategic management phases. For successful strategy requires above all a clear formulation of objectives, the understanding of the competitive environment, assessment of resources and effective implementation strategies. Examining the nature of the concepts of «strategy» and «outlook», consider the concept of «strategic perspective» in the context of development management company understood in the following sense: the anticipation of new opportunities for quality development company, which is supported by a set of policies under development goals
