Abstract
Статтю присвячено питанню впровадження практики стратегічного управління в діяльності суб’єктів фінансового сектора. Визначено складові стратегічного управління для забезпечення результативності формування і використання фінансових ресурсів. Розроблено модель фінансових рішень для підвищення результативності управління суб’єктом фінансового сектора на основі матричних інструментів.
