ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СІЛЬСЬКИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ

Abstract
Сільські території є поліфукнціональними системними утвореннями мета існування і розвитку яких залежить від цілепокладання, що береться за основу їх дослідження. Для розробки програми соціальної сталості сільської території необхідно залучати органи місцевого самоврядування та місцевих підприємців. Поряд з цим залучаються і центральні органи влади та місцевих підприємців. Предметом угоди, яка стане змістом відповідної програми, має бути нормативно правове регулювання екологічноощадної експлуатації земельних та водних ресурсів, а також програми компенсації («зелена скринька» за класифікацією СОТ) за виведення частини ріллі із польової сівозміни та переведення її у пасовища, луки; переведення частини польової сівозміни у кормову тощо.
