Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of information and analytical support for police activities. The author, in this article, defined the essence of information and analytical support for police activities (in particular, it was defined the concepts of “information” in accordance with the current rules of law, “analytics” in accordance with the Encyclopedic Dictionary, and also “information and analytical support”). The features and components of the last concept were also analyzed. The article reflects the basic goals of information and analytical support in the management of the National Police, as well as analyzes analytical work in the police and the purpose of such work.
