Abstract
Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę przedstawienia teoretycznych aspektów efektywności. W oparciu o przegląd literatury z zakresu podjętego tematu do-konano przeglądu definicji efektywności w świetle dorobku teorii ekonomii i zarządzania. W opracowaniu scharakteryzowano także podejście wskaźnikowe, parametryczne oraz nieparametryczne pomiaru efektywności.
