Abstract
Обґрунтовано, що наявність відкритої системи захисту прав власності на землю та майно, чітко визначені законодавчі норми та розроблення проектів територіального планування землекористування мають бути обов’язковими стадіями процесу управління землями сільських територій, що забезпечить належне функціонування земельного капіталу на селі та позитивно вплива‐ тиме на його соціально‐економічний розвиток.
