Territorial Disproportion of Living Standards: Theoretical Aspects of Research

Abstract
The theoretical bases of studies of disproportionality in the living standards of population of various territories are grounded in the article. The genesis of such categories as proportionality, disproportionality, territorial disproportionality, territorial disproportionality of the living standards is presented, while the author’s definition of these terms is proposed. The features of disproportionality are defined, including violation of permanent connections between the object end external environment, violation of functional correlations within objects and appearance of quality transformations which could result in object’s destruction.
