ТЕХНОЛОГІЯ ПІДГОТОВКИ ЗБІРНИХ КОМАНД У СПОРТИВНИХ ІГРАХ З УРАХУВАННЯМ ЧИННИКІВ МІГРАЦІ

Abstract
Introduction and objective of the research. The research is devoted to searching the ways to optimize the training process and increase the effectiveness of competitive activities in team sports games using the modern approaches development to the work organisation of national teams of Ukraine, taking into account highly skilled athletes migration. The basic components of the training technology, algorithm, which are necessary for migration factors considering and application for the successful performance of the sports games national teams of Ukraine on the international arena are determined. The hypothesis of the study is the scientific forecast for performance results improving of national teams of Ukraine in team sports games on the international arena basing on the given technology. The objective of the study is to form a technology for the preparation of the national teams of Ukraine in team sports games, taking into account highly skilled athletes migration (as exemplified by basketball). Material and methods. Research group: basketball men’s and women’s teams of Ukraine (U-18, U-20, national). The following research methods are used in the work: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, Internet network data; retrospective analysis and generalization of the practical training experience in the training of highly skilled athletes in basketball; pedagogical observations, theoretical modeling. Results: Materials about the problematics for preparation of national teams from team sports games are researched and interpreted. The foreign experience and achievements of domestic experts are summarized, the algorithm is proposed as a component of the preparation technology for Ukrainian national teams and its approximate matrix of practical implementation basing on the factors of highly skilled athletes migration in order to form rational approaches to the training process and the teams preparation for official competitions (basing on basketball).
