ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗАСОБІВ ФЛОРБОЛУ ПІД ЧАС ДОЗВІЛЛЯ ДІТЕЙ 5-6 РОКІВ

Abstract

Introduction and Purpose of the Study. The problem of hypodynamia remains relevant. Convinced that popularization of active leisure with the use of facilities of sports games for children of 5-6 years can assist forming a motivation to engaging in physical culture and sport. Hypothesis. It is assumed that the use of floorball facilities during leisure assists strengthening of health and forming a steady interest to activities with elements of sports game. The purpose of the study – scientifically substantiate the efficiency of using the facilities of floorball for children of 5-6 years during active leisure. Materials and methods of research. 65 children aged 5-6 years participated in research (an experimental group consisted of 30 children, control – 35). Testing of physical fitness envisaged measuring of speed capabilities with the use of the test tasks generally accepted in PE: running at 10m, frequency of movements by hand in 5 seconds. The results of the test “running 10m” showed the following: in the experimental group the number of children with high rates increased on 46,7%, in control on 11,4%. Analysis of the indicators of motor test “frequency of movements by hand in 5 seconds” testifies that the number of children with high rates in the experimental group increased on 56,7%, in the control group on 8,6%. The characteristic of dexterity by attracting an object to the target proves that the number of children with high rates increased by 53.3%. A similar trend was observed with respect to the strengths of the muscles of the right and left hand among the children of the experimental group. Conclusion. The theoretical analysis of the special scientifically-methodical literature shows that the content and orientation of physical education of children of senior preschool age at the present stage do not provide the proper health level.
