Text: aspects of the textual document in records management linguistics

Abstract
The article reviews the main concepts of the text in general and describes some aspects of the textual document in particular, based on the fundamentals of records management linguistics. At present, records management linguistics combines the latest gains in the theory and practice of knowledge. Passing to the information society is marked by an increase in the records information volume in every sphere of human activities. The role of the textual document seen as a messenger of social information is growing.
