THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT AN ANTI-CORRUPTION COURT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and characterization of the organizational and legal grounds for creating an anti-corruption court in Ukraine. The author highlights the positions of scientists and international experts on the expediency of creating an anti-corruption court in Ukraine. The author studies the foreign experience of countries in which anti-corruption courts operate, their composition and jurisdiction. The draft Law of Ukraine “On Anti-corruption Courts” dated February 1, 2017 № 6011 was analyzed.
