THE HR COMPONENT IN THE SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF LOCAL COURTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The theoretical foundations of the judiciary system staffing in Ukraine were disclosed. The essence of the personnel component of the system of organizational and legal support of activity of local courts was determined. The modern judicial selection algorithm in Ukraine was analyzed. The basic directions of efficiency increasing the staffing and human resource management in a local court were proposed. The essence and significance of judicial personnel rotation was disclosed.
