Abstract
In this article the features of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and prospects of its development are investigated. The current status of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in comparison with other countries of the world and Europe with different levels of socio-economic development has been analyzed. The main directions of Ukrainian agribusiness are determined. Characterized both positive and negative aspects of the implementation of the Free Trade Area between Ukraine and the EU. The place of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine on the world market of agro-industrial products is determined.
