The algorithm of development and implementation of output strategy of information and telecommunication services enterprise to external markets

Abstract

Introduction. Implementing strategic management in an organization is a precondition for firm survival in a modern business environment. However, the question of constructing an algorithm for the development and implementation of an outsourcing strategy for information and telecommunication services in foreign markets requires additional research. Purpose. The purpose of this article is to analyze the existing scientific approaches to the construction of an algorithm for the development and implementation of the strategy of the exit of enterprises in the field of information and telecommunication services to foreign markets. Results. As a result of the study of various scientific and methodological sources, we came to the conclusion that universal models of strategy formation of the enterprise do not take into account the specifics of access to the external markets of enterprises of information and telecommunication services. Consequently, we presented our own vision of algorithm of development and implementation external markets output strategy for information and telecommunication services companies. The presented algorithm includes the following steps: assessment to available resources, finding international partners, coordinating the mission and the goals of international cooperation taking into consideration the interests of partners, strategic analysis, including internal and external environment analysis, strategic planning, strategic management, strategic control. Conclusion. The presented algorithm is a closed circuit scheme, after all stages of which we can make conclusions about the expediency of the company's exit on foreign markets, the rationality of choosing a strategy for the development of this direction, the expected success from implementation of the chosen strategy within the framework of international cooperation.
