The analysis of personnel technology of competitive selection for leading positions of penitentiary system: problems ways of improving.

Abstract
General issues of competitive selection of leading staff of Penitentiary System are analyzed. Problematic issues of organization and of carrying out competitive selection for applicants for holding leading posts are examined. Ways of improving the order of organization and carrying out competitive selection and refinement of a bill “About Penitentiary System” (making changes and additions) concerning widening the opportunities of competitive selection are proposed. The ways of improving the quality of competitive selection are determined.
