The Analysis of Principles of Corporate Operation as Basis of Effective Management of Joint-Stock Companies

Abstract
In the article the analysis of management principles is carried out. In the basis of these principles the classification with the selection of principles, representing the specific of joint-stock companies' management, and also allowing to avoid the conflict of different groups of corporate relations participants' interests is formed.
