THE ANALYTICAL FORMS OF SMALLNESS NOTION REPRESENTATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE: SEMANTICS AND FUNCTIONS

Abstract
The article investigates the analytical forms of SMALLNESS notion representation in English Language. The formal structure of diminutive phrases is analyzed. The main markers of SMALLNESS semantics in analytical units are distinguished. The semantic features of the analytical forms with SMALLNESS meaning are highlighted. The functional spectrum of the diminutive phrases in English Language is manifested.
