THE APPLICATION OF BUSINESS TYPOLOGY CONCEPT IN TEAMS BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
In enterprises, even in the smallest ones, we are dealing with the work and teams management of employees. These units are characterized by a specific composition and phases of operation. To create, develop and improve the functioning of the teams, it is possible to use methods and tools, based on personality typologies. In the European market there are a number of methods based on business typology of psychological and sociological concepts. It is possible to use of these tools, both in the process of creating teams, as well as for their development and the prevention and emergency interventions in teams.<br/><br/>
