THE APPLICATION OF DIFFERENT PROCESS CONTROL TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Journal Title: International Journal of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Fundamentals (www.ijeemf.com) - Year 2012, Vol 2, Issue 1
Abstract
In this paper the different process control techniques are discussed. The main concentration is on MPC and SPC techniques. The complete SPC methodology is discussed in this paper. Also the results and their impacts are discussed in detail. It is discussed how SPC is useful in increasing the performance and quality of process. It is very important now a day, to do proper things or apply proper technology regarding the performance and quality of different processes. So this paper is important in this context of different processes.

IIR Multiple Notch filter with Improved Symmetry In Gain Using Optimal Pole Reposition Technique
This paper presents the optimal pole reposition technique for designing a stable IIR multiple notch filter with improved symmetry in gain using optimal pole reposition technique. We have to create the tow notch filter fo...
ESTIMATION OF MASS DISTRIBUTION IN ANNULAR COMBUSTOR OF GAS TURBINE IN COLD FLOW USING CFD TOOLS
Since the gas turbine is an air-breathing engine, its performance is changed by anything that affects the density and/or mass flow of the air intake to the compressor. Ambient weather conditions are the most obvious chan...
FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS: APPLICATION TO FIND THE FREQUENCIES OF PIEZOELECTRIC PLATE
In this paper, by using the concept of piezoelectric shear actuators and FEA the first twelve frequencies are calculated. Active vibration damping using piezoelectric materials integrated with structural systems has foun...
TO APPLY DATA ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY TO EXPLAIN THE TBF FACTOR OF LHD MACHINES IN MINING BY MAXIMIZATION ESTIMATION METHOD
In this paper the different mine techniques are discussed in detail. Also the concept of LHD machines is explained. The time between successive failure (TBF) is calculated and TTT plots are explained in detail. Here the...
AN IMPROVEMENT TO NETWORK THROUGHPUT IN CLUSTERED WSN
Minimizing energy dissipation and maximizing network lifetime are important issues in the design of applications and protocols for sensor networks. Energy-efficient sensor state planning consists in finding an optimal as...
