The Application of Fundamental Analysis to Enterprise Valuation. The Example of Asseco Poland S.A.

Abstract
Fundamental analysis, i.e. one relying on information about a company’s performance and about its business environment, is these days seen as a key technique for capital market research. It can effectively help assess a company’s value as well as provide an accurate picture of its economic condition. The paper underscores the essential strengths of fundamental analysis as a tool available to investors for use in stock valuation as well as in making capital allocation decisions. As a next step, the author applies the method to the valuation of Asseco Poland SA stock with a view to making a choice between buying and selling.
