The approaches for property damages caused by a terrorist act

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of methods of compensation for property damage caused by the commission of a terrorist act. On the basis of the analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries it was concluded that the most effective approach is the pecuniary compensation for the cause damage to victims of terrorist acts. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of guarantee funds for victims of terrorism specifically created for this purpose.
