Journal Title: Revista Institutului Național al Justiției - Year 2017, Vol 43, Issue 4

Abstract

This study is dedicated to an analysis of the assignments of the Constitutional Court on issued documents by executive authorities. A central place in this study is dedicated to the Government as main component and responsible to manage the public administration as well as the acts adopted for law enforcement in various areas. Studying the role and the force of the constitutional litigation court either in the context of the control of the constitutionality of laws or even of the ordinances or decisions of the Government, we have realized that the constitutional patrimony essentially contributes to the constitutionalization of the acts issued by the Government, even indirectly, by establishing the unconstitutionality of the organic laws, the execution of which is responsible.
