THE ATTITUDE OF UKRAINIAN SOCIETY IN CITIES OF CONCENTRATION OF IDP (MIGRANTS) TO THE PROBLEM OF CRIMINALITY OF THE IDP (MIGRANTS) IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, from the position of criminological science, is analyzed the opinion of the Ukrainian society of regions with high concentration of internally displaced persons (migrants), concerning the criminality of internally displaced persons (migrants), and cause of increasing the level of crime. We conducted a direct questionnaire of public representatives and questionnaires on the Internet for the purpose of: analyzing public opinion regarding the influence of the process of internal movement of persons into the crime situation in the state; the characteristics of internally displaced persons (migrants) on the part of host communities in general; the creation by internally displaced persons (migrants) of any inconvenience to the local society; the reasons which serve as determinants of criminal offenses committed by internally displaced persons (migrants); measures that can be used to prevent the crime committed by internally displaced persons (migrants) in Ukraine; the willingness of host communities to help internally displaced persons (migrants).
