THE AWARENESS OF OWN EMOTIONS AS A FACTOR OF INTELLIGENT BEHAVIOR

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of understanding the personality of their own emotions as a factor of intelligent behavior. The need for rational behavior in modern society is dued to frequent and fundamental changes in the global processes that are easier to trace the person visually perceive than emotionally, to define their attitude to these changes and build behavior in accordance with the emotional reactions to these changes so as not to hurt yourself and others. It is analysed the value of understanding and demonstration of the own emotions in today’s society, where the determinant becomes rational attitude to life as a standard. There seems to be no place for emotions, but experience shows that human nature can not react emotionally to any changes in your life. These reactions may have a different impact on the very existence of man in society. It is shown that awareness of their own emotions affects the adequacy of attitude towards people, on the basis of decision-making, the attitude toward the successes and failures, criticism and self-criticism, which together determine the reasonableness of behavior in the process of communicating and establishing positive relationships with people. It is proved that if a person is available mapping of reality at the highest level of reality, its external behavior is relatively independent of the immediate situation and helps the choice of model of rational behavior in this particular situation. It is set the most significant indicators to determine a reasonable person’s be-havior. Intelligent behavior is determined by elements such as awareness of their own emotions, the ability to recognize and assess their emotional state, control your emotions and show them only as needed, taking into account the emotional and value attitude to himself as an individual, the individual relationship to this situation, the level of their own emotional volitional abilities, ability to relate mind and senses, the ability to mobilize the mind, feelings and will in a particular situation. It is described some of the development process, particularly in the period of the student’s person as an individual and as a specialist.
