The bankruptcy of enterprises: the spectrum of unsolved problems

Abstract
Stable negative trend of increasing the number of bankrupt enterprises in our country against the backdrop of a complicated political and economic situation induces permanent research of a wide range of issues relating to bankruptcy problems. The article highlights the major unsolved problems of the enterprise bankruptcy and defines the main ways of their solution. It is noted that the existence of an effective bankruptcy institution at the economic area of the country is needed. It is emphasized that significant breakthrough in the solution of certain problems possible only in the consolidation of powerful effective targeted efforts both from the government and from enterprises. The author notes that effective interventions aimed at preventing bankruptcy have major priority.
