THE BASIC AND ADDITIONAL OPERATING COSTS AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE HOTEL-RESTAURANT COMPLEX

Abstract

The causes of basic and additional operating costs at the enterprises of the hotel-restaurant complex are characterized at present day. It was established which costs are advisable basic and which costs are additional. A composition of the basic operating costs at the enterprises of the hotel-restaurant complex is proposed. The additional operating costs at the enterprises of the hotel-restaurant complex are grouped in the context of departments.
