The Big Khan Mengü’s Conception of Government and Effect Of Establishment of Ilkhanid Empire

Abstract
Mengü Han during the Great Mongolian States has become to Great Mongol Empire. At the end of the long years of struggle were seized state administration Tului family. Mengü Han advantage of this situation Mongol Empire, always friendly bags to be under the domination of the administrative sections were also conducted to provide. Other than that, the political, economic and cultural fields, apply a radical reform but has made significant changes in the state squad. This, between the years 1251-1254 and the reform of the Mongol Empire, together with the change of the state of Mengü Han, Ilkhanians understanding and practice was established in the end. In our article, Mengü Han and reform of the state conception of establishing Ilkhanid who alluded to the effect.
