THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE AS THE SUBJECT OF THE NEXT CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of legal protection of the Constitution by the supreme body of state executive power in Ukraine. It has been found out the reasons and peculiarities of implementation of the constitutional control by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and made an attempt to systematize their legislative basis. It has been argued the presence of the duty of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to carry out the next constitutional control as acts of the government and other bodies of state power. The peculiarities of interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the sphere of the implementation of the next constitutional control are revealed.
