The capital formation features by commercial banks in Ukraine

Abstract
The article covers theoretical bases of the Bank's capital itself, its functions, role and value in the provision of resource and banking institutions. The ways of the formation of the Bank's capital were investigated. The analysis of existing problems in the banking sector of Ukraine was held. The positive and negative sides of the presence of foreign capital in the banking system of the country were indentified. The mechanism of formation of bank’s capital is proved to function successfully only under the condition of optimal use of its components.
