Abstract
This article seeks to address the changes regarding the conception of the subject in the work of Álvaro García Linera, ranging from his first publications in the last lustrum of the 80s to his analytical proposal about social movements. The objective will be to demonstrate how the theoretical device of the vice president operates, which seeks to situate a permanent reading of reality with the theoretical postulates of Marxism.
