The choice of diamond powder for vibro-abrasive processing of cutting inserts from composites based on cubic boron nitride

Abstract
The article presents the results of experimental studies of the possibility of vibro-abrasive processing of samples with PNTM on the basis of CNB using suspensions, yaks have in their warehouses diamond powders in various concentrations. It has been established that the greatest removal in vibro-abrasive processing of samples with PNTM on the basis of CBN provides the use of a suspension containing a diamond powder ACM. The largest amount of removal (0,009 mg / min) occurs when processing samples of the plate type using a suspension of diamond powder ACM at a concentration of 15 %. For the simultaneous processing of samples such as plates and cylinders, it is advisable to use suspensions with diamond powders ACM and AC6 at a concentration of 10 %.
