The command of the Flour Transport Pumps in a Cereal Mill with PLC Siemens S7-1200
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2014, Vol 21, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper presents pump control with PLC Siemens Simatic S7 - 1200, for transporting flour designed to be implemented in the Pfalzmühle Mannheim. The order was designed to replace the old system made in various traditional contacts and relays. Programming PLC Simatic S7 - 1200, which is a powerful and reliable, a new generation, was conducted in FBD. In order to verify the accuracy and to optimize the operation of the control system was built a functional model.

Real Time Compensation of the Load Torque for DC Drive System
The objective of this paper is to improve the control quality of the DC drive system based on Arduino platform. The nameplate DC motor data are useful to provide the DC motor parameters. The cascade control loops provide...
On-line Identification of the DC motor Parameters by using Least Mean Square Recursive Method
The on-line least square parameters (electrical and mechanical) identification method of the separately DC motor is presented in this paper. The parameters of the DC machine are time dependent; therefore, for the DC driv...
Students Perception Regarding the use of Virtual Instruments in Teaching and Learning Process
In addition to the use by students of laboratories and hands-on learning, teaching-learning can be improved by using Virtual Instruments. A questionnaire was administered to find the students' opinion on the use of virtu...
Wear Resistance Assessment of Fluoropolymer Coated Gears
Power transmissions that incorporate gears dissipate a significant amount of energy and noise. Thus, any improvement in their performance contributes to reducing energy consumption and noise pollution. In recent years,...
Influence at Work Distance between the Sonotrode and Specimen to Cavitational Erosion
The paper presents the results of cavitation erosion tests performed on five samples from pure aluminum using the vibratory method with stationary specimen. The main purpose of this research is for deter-mine which is...
