The comparative analysis of the semantic structure and morphological characteristics of synoptical lexical units of the English and Ukrainian languages

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the comparative analysis of the vocabulary of synoptical reports and defining its semantic and morphological peculiarities in the English language and Ukrainian. On the basis of component analysis the semantic structure of synoptical lexical units of the English and Ukrainian languages was analyzed. The parts of speech to which synoptical vocabulary in English and Ukrainian belong were also researched as to their productivity in both languages.
