The comparative bases of research discharge juveniles from punishment and from serving it

Abstract
The essence and importance of comparative research method in case of discharge juveniles from punishment and from serving it were determined in the article. The rules and stages of research were analyzed as well as a research method of comparative legal studies of discharge juveniles from punishment and from serving it, on the basis of which varieties of discharge juveniles from punishment and from serving were distinguished, that are not covered by criminal law of Ukraine, and their criminal legal content was determined.
